[vcf-midatlantic] Help shipping ASR-33 from Allentown

PDF page 91 shows the H-Plate.  While it will probably stay in place if the
typing unit is properly screwed down, if you lose it, you will be very
unhappy.  It is spring loaded, so it can pop out.
