[vcf-midatlantic] Festivus 2023 UPDATE! RSVP! One week to go!

Hey everyone,

I appreciate all the feedback from a few weeks back. I consulted with the
Steering Committee and came to a decision.

Festivus will be:
*DATE AND TIME: *
Saturday, December 9 from 10AM until very late into the night.
*LOCATION:*
At InfoAge: 2201 Marconi Rd, Wall Township, NJ 07719
*BUILDING:*
*9010-D*, A.K.A. *The Visitors Center*, A.K.A. *The Sandy Dorms*, A.K.A. *The
bunkrooms*

*WEATHER:*
I have ordered decent weather with temperature between 33 and 50 degrees.
No snow or rain this time.

*COST: *
$25 per person. No Exceptions. Whether you bring food or not. Eat food or
not. We still have to pay for use of the space. It is a bargain with plenty
of food, drinks, socializing, swap meet, video games, etc. Any money
leftover will be used for next years Festivus.

*OVERNIGHT STAY: *
$25 per person, per night. No Exceptions. We have to pay for everyone that
sleeps overnight. It doesn't matter where they sleep in the building (i.e.
in a bunkbed, couch, floor, etc.)

*PAYMENTS*:
*IN-PERSON*: Cash, credit card, Apple Pay, etc. through Square.
On-line:
*PAYPAL*: paypal at vcfed.org, Please put a note: Festivus, x people.

*FOOD:*
No catering. The cost would be too much per person. I will reconsider next
year.

If you need suggestions, then look at the suggestions column, see what
others are bringing or ask me.
VCF will buy burgers, hot dogs, some drinks and condiments for dinner. We
will cook in the outside trailer.
VCF will also buy pizza, subs, etc. for lunch and starter food earlier in
the day.

Moving tables, moving bunkbeds, furniture, etc.

Cooking burgers starting at 5:30PM
Emptying trash, cleaning off tables, etc.

*SUNDAY:*
Cleanup cafeteria, put back tables, put back bunk beds, etc.
