[vcf-midatlantic] Help needed at repair workshop: PC-AT Model F Keyboard

Oof. I still have PTSD from taking my model F keyboard apart for
cleaning/servicing... I had a bear of a time getting the thing back
together after I slid the backplate off.
I've seen people cutting pool noodles to size to raise the buckling springs
section up so they sit flush and remain in place while trying to get the
board back on, but yeah, I feel your frustration.
