[vcf-midatlantic] Payment methods for consignment and vendors

Vendors get paid one of these options:
1) Cash
2) Check
3) PayPal

Buyers can pay:
1) Cash
2) Any US issued credit card
3) Apple Pay
4) Android Pay

We use Square for the buyer transactions.
