[vcf-midatlantic] Needed: KEdit for DOS manual

I'm a long-time VM/CMS XEDIT user and am trying to use the DOS port of 
KEdit 5.0, an XEDIT clone.  When I try to find a copy of the KEdit for 
DOS manuals online, the only thing I can find is the KEdit for Windows 
manual.  Unfortunately, KEdit for DOS isn't exactly like XEDIT -- I 
can't use any prefix macros so I don't know how to do block copy and 
deletion.

Does anybody here have a copy of the manual for KEdit for DOS?
