Hello!
A strong suggestion, do you own a smart device, like a smartphone, or
a tablet? Look for an app from those people, and enter your email
address. It'll bring up an image of the ticket that should have been
sent to you. Oh and check your junk mail filters. Sometimes good mail
can be caught by badly managed filters. It even happens inside Google
Mail.
