[vcf-midatlantic] More consignment items

The 'pdp 11' piece is 4 slot QBUS backplane with a PDP 11/23+ KDF11-BA card
in it.

There are 2 cards underneath it.  I'll guess the first one is memory (since
he KDF11-BA has no ram on it), and the second bottom one looks like some
sort of media controller - RQDX or a tape drive interface or something
similar.

I see McG has already claimed it, but if you're looking for a second home
for it :)
