01/13/2024 - planning on mounting the network switch in the Building 
9011 attic to support the MTM, and running a handful of cat6 cables 
through their attic for access points, cameras, and a few IP phones.

Of note, this is attic and ladder work, with very little of it at ground 
level.

Assuming the MTMNJ team provides access to their space, the plan is to 
start around 9:00 AM and wrap by 2:00 PM on 01/13/2024.
