[vcf-midatlantic] Does anyone know the substitute germanium transistor for a B1182

I wish I could send a picture to this thread but I got the part number from the actual board not the maintenance book or pdf.  I checked both the physical book and the online pdf’s and Q106 isn’t actually listed in the parts list but is on the diagram and obviously actually there.
