I found the manual for this TV online and it says it supports NTSC. No
mention of PAL.

Still possible it might work, just an undocumented feature.  For the price,
there's no
harm in trying it out.  Since it has HDMI inputs, worst-case you just have
to add a
PAL to HDMI converter, for example:
