[vcf-midatlantic] 2 PAL TVs needed for VCF East 2024

Well, if it can work, I can donate a TV for the cause….
It is a 30” TCL with all the same inputs as the one in the picture, but a corroded remote control (but you can still switch through the input modes using the buttons on the back of the TV)
If someone has a PAL computer they can test it out on, I can drop it off anywhere in Northern New Jersey.

I found the manual for this TV online and it says it supports NTSC. No mention of PAL.

Still possible it might work, just an undocumented feature.  For the price, there's no
harm in trying it out.  Since it has HDMI inputs, worst-case you just have to add a
PAL to HDMI converter, for example:
