[vcf-midatlantic] OT: Questions on getting help with my Rigol 1104Z+?

I'm not asking that anyone here can help, but do you know of forums that I can drop
into to ask about the Rigol 'scope. I'm finding a lot of weird this (like the serial
decode changes if you change the time base ???).
