I don't quite understand what you're saying. The front desk person gave me an email address originally, which I emailed this morning...but I haven't heard back.

Are you saying you found a particular path to successful discounted booking?

I just called again, and first reached reservations, who immediately transferred me to the front desk, saying they're the only ones who know about group booking discounts. The front person (may have been the same one as this morning, maybe not) then said he knew nothing about this, and I that had to email his manager. He then spelled out the same address as I'd been given this morning, except he read a digit as an O instead of a zero. Soooo....I re-sent my email to the O version. But it's Friday after 5pm, hard to guess where this is going to go, if anywhere...
