[vcf-midatlantic] Hotel Block #3 - Red Roof Inn

I called them three times to get to talk with someone about getting the
block of rooms in the first place and twice I left a message asking for a
call back.. The third time they gave me an email to put together the block
of rooms and then Jeff worked with them to get the rooms. So it took three
calls just to get an email address. Jeff is checking with them and we will
see what happens.
