[vcf-midatlantic] Vote for VCF's new bumper video

 At the risk of bikeshedding (that is what we're doing, right?),
Just as you do for television, opening with an all black screen (yes, I see the cursor) looks more like a technical fault than an artistic choice.  Besides that part I like the animation.  I'm going to have to agree with Mr. Galinat, none of the sound choices really do it for me, but I think it's the typing sound that is more bothersome.  Feels a little too LGR-esque.

tl;dr: keep it short and sweet, unintrusive.  Just my two cents.
