[vcf-midatlantic] Vote for VCF's new bumper video

The idea of a variety to match the subject sounds good,
but its a lot more work and management &
I don't think any of the options in the vote list
are usable even for this idea.

Folks maybe offer your ideas for iconic audio that
can be narrowed down to a few notes...
Maybe SAM saying "vintage computer federation"?
or some slogan related to the hobby?
