[vcf-midatlantic] Vote for VCF's new bumper video

I'm having indecision with all of them.

I think the video should have a "startup sound" before any of the animated
drawing starts, followed by a short tune during the drawing of the
elements, then only the keyboard clicking when the letters type in.
