[vcf-midatlantic] Wall, NJ - read a 2708 EPROM?

All my burners can deal with anything 2716 (single voltage) and above. But I
have a video card (all TTL) with a 2708 that I want to back up.

At the next repair workshop can anyone read the chip? Or do I need to build
an adapter.
