After looking up the order and contacting Humanitix customer service a few times, they said that in your case there was an additional $1.29 fee since you used PayPal. PayPal charges this fee and is beyond the control of me or Humantix. So it isn't Humanitix charging 10%, they charge 3.9% + $1.29 per ticket, then PayPal adds $1.29. We had gone from EventBrite to Humanitix because the fees were less. This is the first time that I'm aware of there being any issue.
