David Curious to know what transistors were originally on that board and what you were using for replacements? Simply because I came across a whole bunch of 60’s and 70’s transistors. I have already sold off many of them, but would like to know if maybe I have the ones that are needed? Mike Rosen Sent from: My extremely complicated, hand held electronic device.

Much worse than the VCF straight 8 was. Its going to be a "fun" project. Did any of the transistors fall off? I exchanged emails with someone restoring a straight 8 where the can transistors were falling off the boards due to leads rusting throught. I think he replaced all of them. Did get it working.
