Hello Mike, It was my understanding that Humanitix charges 3.9% + $1.29 per ticket. That is the Non-profit rate. You should have been charged a fee of $3.08 instead of $4.10, which is a difference of $1.01. If you want, I will investigate to see why there is a discrepancy of $1 more than there should be. We had gone from EventBrite to Humanitix because the fees were less. This is the first time that I'm aware of there being any issue.
