VCF East Before-Hours Exhibiting

I read that exhibits at VCF East don't open until 7:30 AM on Saturday. However, last year we were exhibiting (either officially or unoffically) on Friday -- I recall handling a school group at one point. Is there going to be any "early" exhibiting this year? Since I have now retired, I am in the process of reanimating my IBM front panel collection. With this challenge, you may have given me a deadline to get them completely animated again. I have the following in my collection: IBM System 370 Model 145 Mainframe CPU Operators Console Panel w/ header IBM 3705 Communications Controller front panel IBM 3803 Tape Control Unit Control panel Let me know, if there is any interest, transportation will be a issue, these items are made of big iron. Jeff, You should plan to bring it to a workshop, that would be the best time, rather than a festival, because then you'd have people who can help you get it up and running. If you want to sell it as-is, bring to the VCF consignment this weekend. Interest in Univac Uniscope?

Hey all, I was planning to bring my Univac Uniscope 100 terminal to VCF to sell, but my back got hurt a bit (Im ok) and thus muscling heavy things around is a (literal) pain, so I figured I'd check on interest. Unfortunately it doesnt work; but I did go through and clean it up. I can provide more detail to anyone interested. Is there anyone interested? Can anyone give me an idea on value? Im not sure but the wide vector tube may fit other HP terminals of the era. (This uses vector graphics). Jeff

Food options at VCF East 2023

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a caterer to sell food at our show this year. We are going with Plan B which is to sell food like we did last year. It will be sold in the cafeteria where consignment is located. Our food license allows us to sell packaged food and to reheat frozen food such as Hot Pockets.
